My condo is located in the entertainment district and is a 3-5 minute walk from the Convention Centre, CN Tower, Blue Jays, Ripleys Aquarium and other popular attractions. It features a balcony with a CN Tower view as well as 2 bedrooms. The large master includes a queen bed and the other bedroom also has a queen bed. The one couch in the living room converts to a modern sofa bed. Building features include outdoor pool (closed in the winter), 24/7 gym, and hot tub. One parking spot included!
The space
The large ensuite master bedroom features a queen sized bed and the other bedroom also has a queen bed. The couch in the living room also converts into a comfortable double beds. I’ve gotten full sets of sheets and duvets for the two beds and the pull out couch. So you don’t have to worry about that!
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a brand new fridge and stove!
The bathroom includes a bathtub shower. A washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use.
High speed wifi and cable TV are included in the unit.
Please note, the amenities from the building are temporarily closed due to the pandemic.

*Parking for one car is free, additional visitor parking is available in the building on a first come first serve basis. If you have additional vehicles and visitor parking does not happen to be available, there are several affordable indoor and outdoor lots available near the building.

Kris is a delight to host. The place has a fantastic view of the CN tower.
This is a delightful place, like I mentioned before, it’s next to the CN tower, a great location where you can find restaurants near, and yet was so quiet and felt peaceful. This was an excellent stay for me. This place is great for doing a long or/ and short-term Airbnb stay – the bedrooms are very well divided, so if anyone is staying up late won’t disrupt the other at all, and the wifi signal is strong. If you have any questions while staying in the place, you can feel free to reach out to Kris, and you will get a response promptly.

Fantastic! You cannot beat this location. Kris had excellent communication. Check in and check out was a breeze. Plus the amenities (pool and gym) were a great bonus. Highly recommend!

A colleague and I are travelling for work. We stayed 10 days at Kris’s place and it was perfect for us. With the bedrooms at the two ends of the unit, it gives a degree of privacy and quiet. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. The full-size washer dryer combo was a bonus. And the location is perfect – easy walking to the business district and right in the middle of all the popular attractions. Kris is a great host – very responsive and easy to communicate with. The check in process was super easy; the staff in the building are friendly and helpful; and the parking spot was the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

One of the best stays we have ever had in Toronto, and one of the best locations for doing anything downtown! If this place is available, then grab it while you still can. Kris went out of his way to make everything great!

This apartment was in a great location for us. We walked to a Toronto Bluejays game, Hamilton (the play) at the Princess of Wales Theatre, the CN Tower and the Ripley’s Aquarium – and they weren’t long walks either!
Getting in the apartment is a little tricky and while the parking is excellent (and included) it’s confusing getting from your car to the apartment.
Highly recommend you stay here is you are doing downtown Toronto!
